This publication is being prepared to assist the media in its coverage of the Comets and National Pro Fastpitch (NPF). It is also intended for fans of the Comets and women’s professional softball to gather knowledge of the team.

All media attending NPF and Comets games must wear press photo credentials. Requests for credentials should be made in advance by emailing the General Manager, Stephen Dunn at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests must be received in the Comets office at least three days prior to the requested game date. Credentials will be distributed at the will call window at ballpark. The Comets reserve the right to refuse any credential request deemed not to be in the best interest of the organization.

Photo credentials will be issued only to accredited photographers on assignment. Video and still photographers may shoot from designated areas located throughout the facility. Special accommodations can be made for photographers interested in shooting outside of these areas, but the Comets reserve the right to deny any special requests. The Comets also reserves all commercial and non-commercial rights to the use of film, video and still photographs of its athletes, events and facilities.
The Comets maintain fax and email lists to distribute regular updates on the team. To be included on these lists, please contact Stephen Dunn, General Manager, by email at email@example.com
Interviews with Comets athletes and coaches must be arranged with the team’s media department. Interview requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested interview date. Comets players and coaches will be available for post-game interviews after a mandatory 10-minute autograph signing period. Visiting players and coaches will be made available five minutes after the conclusion of the game. Please arrange all post-game interviews with the designated press box staff member.
